What does Placemint Group do?
Placemint Group is a recruitment consultancy based in Mumbai, working with companies across India on permanent staffing, executive search, candidate screening and recruitment process outsourcing.
Which locations do you recruit for?
We are based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and recruit for roles across India. Hiring is handled remotely where the role allows, so the client's location is not a constraint.
What happens if the candidate leaves soon after joining?
If the candidate resigns within 90 days of joining, we find a replacement at no additional fee. This covers a voluntary resignation by the candidate. It does not apply where the company ends the candidate's employment.
How are your fees structured?
Fees are a success-based percentage of the candidate's annual CTC, agreed in writing before we begin and payable only when a candidate joins. The exact rate is quoted per engagement.
Do you charge candidates any fee?
No. Candidates are never charged. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.
