What do you mean by white-collar recruitment?
We mean hiring for corporate and professional office roles: finance, HR, sales, marketing, operations, banking, legal and senior management.
Which levels do you hire for?
We recruit from experienced professionals through managers and function heads to senior leadership and CXO roles, across India.
How are your fees charged?
Fees are a success-based percentage of the candidate's annual CTC, agreed in writing before we begin and payable only when a candidate joins.
What happens if the person leaves soon after joining?
If the candidate resigns within 90 days of joining, we find a replacement at no additional fee. This covers a voluntary resignation by the candidate. It does not apply where the company ends the candidate's employment.
Do job seekers pay any fee?
No. Candidates are never charged. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.
